The ASNOS members are entitled to subscription of Neuro-ophthalmology Japan, the ASNOS official quarterly publication, and to participation to the ASNOS Congress (held every two years) with membership registration fee.
The cost for the membership is ¥4,000JPY (or equivalent) and is valid for two years.

2) Onsite payment at ASNOS 2008 MeetingYou can pay cash at the ASNOS 2008 Meeting in Taipei, which will be held during 15-17 May 2008. Download the Application Form, enter necessary information, and click your intention of the onsite payment.Be sure to mail or fax the form to ASNOS Office before the Meeting. |
