27th PUPIL COLLOQUIUM
Abstracts and Equipment
We are accepting abstracts now.
Abstracts will be accepted from April 23 to August 30.
Please attach to an e-mail a Microsoft Word document of the abstract composed as described below and send it to both pupil27@kitasato-u.ac.jp and hitoshi@kitasato-u.ac.jp.
Please also include the text of the abstract in the body of the e-mail to ensure safety. A prompt reply will be sent out to confirm all e-mails (as long as they can be opened).
Instruction on preparation of ABSTRACT
1.
Papers for submission should be written in English as a Microsoft Word File. Abstracts should not exceed 1 page (see 2).
2.
The first page should show the following: title, name(s) of author(s), affiliation(s), and addresses, including country(ies). The abstract should be typed in 12 point Times New Roman (or similar font).
3.
The abstract must be structured, with the following headings: Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusions and References.
Equipment for the Presentation
Microsoft Power Point(version 2000 and 2003)will be only available for the equipment of the presentation. Equipment available in the oral session is Windows XP.
No Macintosh equipments are available.
Macintosh users are requested to bring their own laptop computers for presentation.
